Barbara Dooley

Barbara Dooley, 80, of Carbon Hill, Alabama, was born January 27, 1946. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who enjoyed attending church, singing, and helping others.

She is survived by her daughter, Debra Hall (Ricky); stepdaughter, Tammy Kuildred; son-in- law, Richard Carmichael; brother, Norman Freeman; nephew, Randy Buchanan; grandchildren, Jamie Beasley (Katie) and James Watts (Amy); and great-grandchildren, Brody Beasley (Mackenzie), Ellie Watts, Olivia Yates, and Leia Yates. Great-great grandchild Ruby Beasley.

She was preceded in death by her daughters, Pam Harrison and Tina Carmichael; parents, Joseph and Virgie Dooley; brothers, Morris and Jerome Dooley.

The family extends a heartfelt thank you to Southeast Hospice and her niece, Brandy Harrison for their loving care and support.

Barbara will be remembered for her faith, kindness, and love for her family. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, October 4, 2026 from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at Collins-Burke Funeral Home, funeral services will follow at 2:00 p.m. in the Collins-Burke Chapel.  Burial will be at Walker Memory Gardens.  Ron Woodard will officiate.
