Mr. Skinner was preceded in death by his Father-Joseph Jackson Skinner and Mother-Wanda Faye Skinner.
He is survived by his Wife-Renda Skinner; Daughter-Valerie Burr; Sons-James Alexander and Randall Alexander; Sisters-Gail Anderson, Kitty Hammack and Dee Dee Skinner.
