Eugene Sides, age 95 of Carbon Hill, passed away on Thursday, January 30, 2025 at Walker Baptist Medical Center.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, February 4, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. at Collins-Burke Funeral Home, funeral services will follow at 2:00 p.m. in the Collins-Burke Chapel.  Burial will be at Smith Cemetery.  John Butler will officiate.

Mr. Sides was preceded in death by Pamela Joe Allen, Billy Sides and Vernel Sides (Florance).

He is survived by his Wife-Bobbie Sides; Daughters-Linda Ann Thomas (Hugh), Cindy Renee Barnes (Bobby) and Tina Marie Johnson (Dewayne); Son-Eric Eugene Sides (Kim); Sisters-Ida Feltman (Jack) and  Lounell Harrison; Brother-Vertis Sides (Naomi); 4 Grandchildren; 6 Great Grandchildren.
