Glenda Clayton Custred

Glenda Clayton Custred went home to be with the Lord on Monday, October 19, 2026.

She grew up in the Boldo Community and drove a school bus for Boldo School.  She also worked at Food World for 23 years and loved her customers, many of them who became cherished friends.

Graveside services will be Thursday, October 22, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. at Boldo Cemetery.  Jeff Allred will officiate.

Mrs. Custred was preceded in death by her Dad-Robert E. Clayton, who passed when she was 9 years old; Mother-Louise Clayton Davis; Grandparents-Lutha and Andrew Robinson and Clyde and Roxie Clayton; Husband-Billy Custred.

She is survived by her Daughters-Michelle G. Vintson (Steve) and Melissa G. Rigsby (Joey); 9 Grandchildren; 24 Great Grandchildren; Brother-Jim Clayton (Anita); 5 nephews and their wives and 1 niece and her husband.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Eastside Baptist Church of your favorite charity in her honor.
