Janice Odessa McGill, age 64 of Jasper, passed away on Tuesday, September 22, 2026 at Walker Baptist Medical Center.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, September 27, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. at Collins-Burke Funeral Home, funeral services will follow at 3:00 p.m. in the Collins-Burke Chapel.  Burial will be at Alabama National Cemetery.

Mrs. McGill was preceded in death by her Father-Williphord Daugherty; Mother-Mary Elizabeth; Father-in-law-James McGill; Mother-in-law-Eledene McGill.

She is survived by her Husband of 48 years-Tim McGill; Son-Ryan McGill (Anya Phillips McGill); Granddaughter-Abryana McGill; Grandson- Graham McGill; Daughter-Audrey McGill Gonzalez (CJ Gonzalez); Sister-Mary Ruth Daugherty Pyles (Rob Pyles); Brothers-Dudley  Daugherty, Chris Daugherty (Shannon Daugherty), Frank Daugherty and Dean Daugherty; Brother-in-law-Bruce McGill (Pat McGill); Sister-in-law-Carol  McGill; Nieces and nephews.
