Phillip Daniel Robinson, age 50  passed away on Tuesday, November 25, 2025 in a tragic work mishap.

Phillip served his country in the Navy as an Air Captain during 1995 and 1999 on the U.S.S. Enterprise and U.S.S. Dwight D. Eisenhower.  He proudly served and supported critical flight operations where he maintained ship readiness and contributed to the safety and success of his fellow service members at sea.

Phillip will be remembered for his quick wit, his gift for finding the good in everyone he met, and his unwavering willingness to help others.  Whether through a kind word, a thoughtful gesture or a heartfelt laugh, he touched the lives of those around him with genuine compassion and a spirit that lifted others up.

Family viewing will be Saturday, November 29, 2025 at 11:30 a.m. at Collins-Burke Funeral Home, viewing for friends will begin at 12:00 p.m.  A graveside service with military honors will be held at 2:00 p.m. at Walker Memory Gardens in Jasper, AL.  Services will be conducted by Brent McCarver, eulogy will be presented by T.J. Armstrong.

Phillip was met in heaven by his Grandparents-Wilburn Robinson, Wanda and Frank Houk, Joe and Christine Richardson; Half Sister-Dorinda Harp.

Phillip is survived by his Parents-Father-Danny and Bethany Robinson and Kathy Dawson; Brothers-Trey Robinson, Tommy Robinson (Charity) and Robert Ehlman (Desiree); Sisters-Tracy Lollar (Bill), Danielle Petty (Alan), Skye Smith (Chad), Cassie Rainwater (Jeb) and Brantley Gibson (Bryar); A host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family and friends who loved him dearly; Special friend-Leslie Thomas and her family.

Pallbearers will be Trey Robinson, Tayler Robinson, Tyler Robinson, Tyler Moon and Granville Andrews.
