Richard Larry Skinner, age 76  passed away surrounded by family on Thursday, December 26, 2024 at his residence.

He was born to Recie and Lucious Skinner on March 28, 1948 in Jasper, AL.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, January 2, 2025 at 10:30 a.m. at Edgil Grove Baptist Church, services will follow at 11:00 a.m.  Burial will be at Edgil Grove Cemetery.

He was preceded in death by his Wife-June Uptain Skinner; Parents-Lucious and Recie Skinner; Father-in-law and Mother-in-law-Frank and Stella Uptain; Grandchild-Calub Dockins.

Mr. Skinner is survived by his Children-Rebecca and Junior Whitehead, Tammy Culver (John), Jim Skinner and Daniel Skinner; Brother-in-law-Carl Uptain; Grandchildren-Jagger Dockins, Keileigh Hamrick and Nathan Hamrick.
