Robert Stephen "Steve" King, age 74 of Jasper, passed away on Tuesday, August 18, 2026 at UAB St. Vincent's Hospital.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, August 22, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. at Collins-Burke Funeral Home, funeral services will follow at 2:00 p.m. in the Collins-Burke Chapel.  Burial will be at Union Chapel Cemetery.  Thomas Hyche will officiate.

Mr. King was preceded in death by his Mother-Rebecca Lambert King Wade; Father-John Robert King.

He is survived by his Sister-Jeane C. King; Brothers-Roger DeWayne King and Mitchell Randolphe King (Diane); Step Brother-Kevin Wade; Aunt-Abigail Capps; 7 Nieces and 1 Nephew.
