Shannon Hoyt Wilhite

Shannon Hoyt Wilhite, age 56 of Jasper, passed away on Sunday, October 25, 2026 at Walker Baptist Medical Center.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, October 28, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. at Collins-Burke Funeral Home, funeral services will follow at 3:00 p.m. in the Collins-Burke Chapel. Burial will be at Oak Hill Cemetery. Jeff Noles will officiate.

Mr. Wilhite was preceded in death by his Mother-Sharon Wilhite; Brother-Gregory Wilhite; Aunt-Diane Smith; Uncle-Eddie Smith; Grandparents-William R. and Martha Smith; Grandmother-Hazel Krienke.

He is survived by Wife-Diane Wilhite; Father-William C. Wilhite, Sr. (Melinda);  Sons-Vincent Wilhite and Canaan Wilhite; Brother-William C. Wilhite Jr. (Wendy); A Host of Brothers and Sisters in Christ.

Pallbearers will be Canaan Wilhite, Josue Lara, Adolph Paulson, John Burkett, Lonnie Thomas, Steve Mauldin, and Tyler Williams.

Honorary Pallbearer will be Darrell Works.
