On April 26, 2025, Thurman Tilman Ball (T-Ball) went to be with the Lord.

He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Pat Knox and daughter, Ann Ball Hood.

He is survived by his grandson, Richard Poskarbiewicz (Debra), granddaughter Amanda Vines (Mitchell), great-grandchildren Ashley Rogers (Ryan), Preston Poskarbiewicz (Morgan), Kati Maples (Jonah), and Courtney McGraw, as well as, great-great-grandchildren Axel Poskarbiewicz, Cameron Rogers, and Miley Maples. He also leaves behind a multitude of nieces, nephews and beloved friends.

T-Ball served in the Air Force and wore many other hats in his lifetime. He was known to make people laugh and give the shirt off his back to anyone who needed it. He enjoyed working outside, Alabama Football, and an ice cold Budweiser. To know Thurman was to love him. He will be missed by all that had the pleasure of knowing him.
